  • The gears are precision ground and hardened to ensure smooth and quiet operations.
  • The high precision bearings provide an extremely smooth and long lasting performance.
  • The immersed, movable water tank is constructed of stainless steel # 304.
  • Pneumatically operated reciprocating cutting unit.
  • The screw, manufactured from SCM4 alloy steel, is high frequency hardened, chrome plated, and precision ground.
  • The barrel is manufactured from Aluminum Chromolybedenum alloy steel (SACMI),precision ground and nitride
    treated for long service life.
  • The machine is standard designed for producting flat PVC houses. Corrugated PVC hose production is available
    upon request.
  • Rotary forming shaft is very easy to replace.
  • VS motor drive for extruder.

  • The nozzle is manufactured from SUS 420, vacuum heat treated. Easy to change.
  • Square die head configurarionis standard.
  • The running parts are manufactured from SUS 420, vacuum heat treated for high hardness to 40oHRC.
  • Convenient replacement when hose size change is required.
