FEATURESAND CONSTRUCTION OF THE MAGIC-SEAL BAG INFLATION MACHINE - The machine is capable of single or double closing lines. Three closing line setup is available upon request. - Specially designed die head for high accuracy bag mouth gropping performance. - The gearbox of the extruding mechanism is designed with circulated oil bath lubrication. ving device is optional. - The machine has an alarm function for added convenience and safety. - Static electricity removing device optional.
ELECTRICAL - Centralized control panel for convenient operations. - The heating time can be set, reducing the waiting time for heating the machine before operation. - A frequency inverter is available, providing variable machine running speed and convenient operaton. - Length counter is provided on control panel. THE DIE AND AIR RING MACHANISM - The die head is specially designed to provide extrmely accurate magic sealing performace. - Dies are designed and manufactured to meet customer's specifications. - Double air ring design provides maximum uniformity of film thickness. - A width controller with a photocell sensor provides accurate width detection, permitting for automatic width compensation and minimizing material waste. RED CLOSING LINE EXTRUDING UNIT - This movable extruding unit produces red closing lines bag mouths. Other colors are available.
